In 1991 I had just finished Mortuary College ,When I met Mr. and Mrs James and Maybob Paye. I interviewed for an internship under there leadership I was hired on the spot. Keep in mind I had traveled with my wife to Fayetteville from New Jersey and between us we realy didn't have much. When I asked if there was anywhere to get a cheap romm Ms.Paye as I called her said follow me ,she took us to her home and set us up in this beautiful Trailer home located near her residence. shortly after that she left and came back with a van full of groceries. the next morning when I arrived to work my wife left in our car ,and drove a limo on the days service. When we arrived back to the funeral home after the service Mr. Paye nicknamed my wife BIG RED. Because she was so helpful around the funeral home. they treated us as if we were Family and we will never forget the hospitality they showed us during the 5 years we spent with them in the 90s. When Mr. Paye passed Ms. Paye called us and we did not hesitate to show up. Love to all of you at Paye Funeral Home when im in the area I wll im going to visit. Love William B. Neal Funeral Director
It has been 6 months since my sister passed and we laid her to rest. I cannot find the words to express our gratitude to Paye Funeral Home for ALL that they did for our family. We are in NJ so we could not visit and relied on our phone conversations to handle all of my sisters arrangements. The ENTIRE staff of Paye funeral home were so kind and helpful. They truly made a difficult time bearable. They are highly recommended by our family.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
